If you used the "Forgot password" link on the Kalent sign-in page and you're not receiving the email despite the confirmation message, several causes are possible. Here's how to unblock yourself.
1. Check the obvious places
Look in your spam / junk folder, and in the Promotions tab if you use Gmail.
If your company runs an email security gateway (Microsoft Defender, Mimecast, Proofpoint…), ask your IT team to check the quarantine.
Make sure you typed the exact email address tied to your Kalent license (sometimes different from your main email — e.g. an alias).
2. Try again after a few minutes
Delivery can be delayed a few minutes during peak times. Wait 5 to 10 minutes before triggering another request — back-to-back requests can cancel each other.
3. If the email still never arrives
Reach out to support via the Intercom chat (bubble at the bottom right inside Kalent or on help.kalent.ai) and include:
The email address you're trying to sign in with.
Your company name (so we can find your license).
When you last tried.
A team member can then reset your password manually and share it with you securely. You can sign in and change it immediately from your settings.

If several people on your team are hitting the same issue at the same time, it usually points to a block on your IT side — please flag it so we can coordinate with them.
