ℹ️ Before you begin, please note that our new sequencing system (2.0) is available to all our users, but only for newly created sourcings.
To save time, you can launch message sequences by group.
Configure a sequence
On the view of the saved profiles, select all profiles (1) and then click on "add X talents to a sequence" (2).
If this is the first time you are performing this action within this sourcing, the following page will open:
2 possibilities are available to you:
Create a new sequence of 0: Manually (1).
Create a new sequence based on the templates provided by Kalent: From a template (2).
Create a sequence manually
Global parameters of my sequence
To begin, click on button (1) to access the general settings of your sequence.
You will be able to define the time slots for sending (2) as well as the days (3) during which the system is allowed to send messages.
Add steps to my sequence
Our sequencing system allows you a multi-channel approach thanks to:
LinkedIn
WhatsApp
Email
SMS
Click on (1) to add a first step to your sequence. Select the desired channel from the 4 available (2, 3, 4, 5).
To open the configuration of an existing step, click anywhere on the corresponding card (1). A panel (2) will then appear on the right.
Several elements are configured there:
le messaging
le delay
the message writing mode
the policy to adopt in case of inability to send the message
The delay
Several options are available for configuring the delay:
asap -> when the system reaches this step, it will schedule its dispatch for the first available slot.
wait -> when the system reaches this step, it will wait X time before scheduling its sending in the first available slot.
⚠️ Why do shipments go through a planning stage?
It is important to understand that our system integrates daily sending limits to prevent your LinkedIn/WhatsApp accounts from being identified as spam. You can find more details here about the message sending logic.
ℹ️ On a LinkedIn Message step, you can also select a delay "upon acceptance of the invitation." The message will then be sent as soon as our system detects the acceptance of the invitation.
The writing mode of the message
You have the option to choose from 2 modes:
Manual
Suggested by Kalent
By selecting manual mode (1):
You will then need to fully write the message that will be sent (2).
You have access to a set of variables (4). These variables allow you to customize the messages that will be sent to the talents.
To go faster, you can work from a template you have already created (3) or use your AI co-pilot (5) to help you draft a message.
By selecting the "suggested by Kalent" mode (1):
The suggested messages from Kalent take into account the context of your sourcing (configurable directly by clicking on "configure my conversational AI agent" (2)) as well as all known information about the talent. This allows for the creation of messages that are much more personalized than simple messages with variables.
These messages are generated by AI, so you will need to validate them before they are sent. You will be able to validate them easily after starting a sequence with a talent.
The policy to adopt in case of inability to send the message
For example, for a WhatsApp or SMS step, you can define the behavior to adopt in case the talent does not have a phone number. Thus, you can choose whether you want to move on to the next step or if this ends the sequence.
ℹ️ You can add as many steps as necessary to your sequence.
You can also create multiple sequences that you will use depending on your different scenarios.
Once you have finished setting up your sequence, you can click on "Finish" (1) at the top right of the screen:
Add talents to a sequence
On the view of the saved profiles, choose the profiles you want to contact (1) and then click on "add X talents to a sequence" (2).
If you have already created sequences in your sourcing, a panel will open on the right side of the page.
From there, you can select the sequence (1) that you wish to launch for the selected talents. You can then add the talents to the sequence by clicking on the button designated for this purpose (2).
ℹ️ In the scenario above, I selected an SMS sequence. The system therefore indicates that you have not yet obtained the phone number of some of the selected talents.
Once the sequence has started, you will find the status of your sequence in the "sequence" column of the selected profiles view.
In the example above, you can see that I have an action to perform on the sequence started with Imane Salmi (1).
By clicking on the "action required" badge, a modal will open. You will find all the steps that will be taken as part of the sequence with the corresponding talent.
In this case, I have 2 actions to perform (1) (4).
The first action is to validate step 1, which includes a message suggested by Kalent.
To do this, I can either:
click directly on validate because the suggested message suits me (3).
edit the message (2) and then click on validate.
The second action involves correcting the message from step 2, which contains variables that could not be replaced. I then click on "correct" (5) and update the message before validating it.
You can also track the status of your sequence or a past sequence in the full view of a profile that opens when you click on the First Name Last Name of the talent from the view of the selected profiles.
Once on the full view of a profile, you can click on any item mentioning the sequence to open its preview.
