Add a criteria

There are several ways to add a criteria to your search:

  • thanks to the "Add a criteria" button (1) (available in expanded mode and compact mode). Then hover over the type of filter you want to add.

Then type the value you want in the designated text field (1) and select it from the displayed results (2).

  • thanks to the "+" button (1) when hovering over a filter

  • thanks to your AI co-pilot accessible in extended mode, compact mode, and when hovering over a filter.

After clicking the AI Copilot button, a set of relevant AI suggestions will appear. You just need to select the ones that suit you by clicking on them to add them to your search.

Job title

  • When you add a job title, be aware that its synonyms/derivatives/translations are automatically added by our AI.

    • Example: putting nurse will automatically also fetch nurses and many more...

    • Example 2: putting developer will also automatically search for female developers, fullstack developers, développeurs (French), développeurs Fullstack (French), and many more...

  • Choose whether you want to find only talents currently holding these job titles or if you also want to find those who have held them in the past (see button (1)).

  • Use the AI co-pilot (2) to broaden your search and add complementary job titles (3).

Job location

  • Works by country, region, department, or city.

  • You can also set a radius around a city (by clicking on button (1)) of up to 200 km (choose your unit of distance in your profile settings).

  • Add other locations by clicking the "+" button (2).

  • Or by the "Add a criterion" button (3).

Keywords

  • Simply enter your keywords and press "Enter" (1)

  • Adapt the operator between the chosen values: switch from OR to AND (2)

  • or use Boolean operators (1):

    • (marketing OR (communication AND réseaux sociaux))

    • (sales AND SaaS)

  • To exclude a term, hover over it and click on the crossed circle 🚫 (3).

Tip: don't forget the parentheses and to write the operators in English (AND, OR).

Years of experience / Duration in the current position

  • You can filter by overall experience or length of time in the current position.

  • For example: if you select "3 to 5 years," only profiles with 3 to 5 years of total experience will be displayed.

  • To target only profiles with more than 3 years of experience, two options:

    • Select all upper slices

    • Select the lower ranges (less than 1 year, 1 to 3 years) and exclude them using the crossed circle.

  • Filter by current or past companies (1).

  • Are you short on ideas? Ask your AI co-pilot for relevant suggestions. (2)
