Here’s what you can monitor:
Estimated talent pool : an overview of how many qualified profiles are available
Number of selected profiles: candidates you’ve shortlisted
Number of contacted profiles: how many candidates you’ve reached out to
Replies received: how many have responded
Interest shown: how many of those replies were genuinely interested
Interviews scheduled: candidates with whom you’ve planned (or had) a conversation
When to close a sourcing?
Once you’ve found the right person and the hire is confirmed, you can close your sourcing directly from this tab.
