Once your sourcing is live and you’ve identified the right profiles, it’s time to take action: reach out to your candidates!

Contacting a candidate individually

From each candidate's profile, you can send a message via the Talent View (bottom right corner) and select the channel you'd like to use: LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp.

You have two options:

  • Use a template you've created, with dynamic variables — or generate one with the help of your AI copilot(purple button)

  • Write a custom message directly in the editor — or generate one with the copilot and then edit it by clicking on it

💡 Tip: Messages generated with the copilot (purple box) take into account both the job opportunity context and the candidate's profile, for more personalized outreach.

⚠️ Notes about LinkedIn messages

When sending messages via LinkedIn, you’re subject to the same limitations as on the platform itself:

  • If you don’t have InMails, you’ll be limited to:

    • 200 characters for messages sent with a connection request

    • 300 characters if you're using a Premium account

  • If you do have InMails, you can enable this option directly in the message editor.

Simply toggle the InMail option in the message block to switch from a connection request message to a full InMail.
