The Matching tab is the core of your sourcing.

This is where you'll see profiles identified by our AI based on your initial criteria.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Browse all the profiles suggested by Kalent.

  • Read candidate summaries, key skills, and professional experience.

  • Qualify each profile by clicking:

    • Shortlist (this triggers enrichment — if a phone number is found, one credit may be used)

    • Exclude to remove an irrelevant profile from your view

What about filters?

Filters are essential to narrow your search if the initial results are too broad or off-target.

  • Job title: You can get additional suggestions by clicking on the co-pilot button. To add them to your search, just click the + next to each one.

  • Location: Country, region, department, or city — with a radius of up to 200 km

  • Keywords: You can use OR, AND, and even boolean search logic with parentheses

  • You can also exclude terms by hovering over them and clicking the 🚫 crossed circle icon

  • Years of experience or Time spent in current role

You’ll find around ten available filters to help you build a precise and qualified matching list.

👉 You can add, adjust, or remove filters at any time to keep refining your results.
