Kalent doesn’t work solely on name keyword matching.
Search results are based on indexed data such as job title, experience, and other relevant fields — so an exact name match may not be enough if:
the profile doesn’t exist in our database,
or it hasn’t been indexed yet.
How to add someone manually?
You can import their LinkedIn URL manually into your project by clicking the “Import LinkedIn” button in the top right corner of your sourcing view.
📌 If we’re able to find a phone number, a credit will be used, just like with a standard enrichment.
