Once a profile is added to your favorites (⭐) and enrichment has started, it’s no longer possible to undo the action.
What can you do instead?
You can change the candidate’s status in the “Shortlisted Profiles” section by marking them as “Not selected.” This will remove them from your active shortlist.
Will a credit still be used?
Yes — a credit is only deducted if a phone number is successfully found during the enrichment process.
