When you launch a search, Kalent identifies relevant profiles and displays their public information.
🔍 What About Contact Details (Email & Phone)?
Contact enrichment is performed in real time thanks to a network of about 15 specialized data partners.
This process helps maximize the chances of finding qualified contact information — all while staying compliant with current regulations.
What coverage rate can I expect?
Our contact data comes from around thirty GDPR-compliant partners (CV databases, job boards, ATS), and we work with about fifteen enrichment partners. On average, coverage is around 70% for mobile phone numbers and around 60% for email addresses. In both cases, availability depends on the profile and the industry: these are averages, and contact details aren’t guaranteed for every profile.
How should I interpret the enrichment rate?
Contact enrichment is inherently complex and always comes with some margin of error.
We aggregate data from more than fifteen providers to maximize the enrichment rate, while offering a lower cost than accessing all of those providers directly — not to mention the technical complexity of integrating each of them.
In your workspace, you can check your phone enrichment rate under Settings → Analytics.
Assuming an estimated 1% to 5% of incorrect numbers among those found, and with an enrichment rate of 70%, the rate of usable numbers would be roughly between 66.5% and 69.3%.
In other words, about two profiles out of three have a usable phone number on average — though this can vary depending on the target (some industries or profiles are harder to enrich).
