When is a credit used?
A credit is only deducted in the following cases:
When you keep a profile and mark it as a favorite. You can then choose to enrich the phone number (1 credit) or the email (1 credit).
If you select multiple candidates, you can choose to enrich phone numbers, emails, or both for the entire list.
Credits are only deducted if we successfully find the phone number or email.
Where Can I Check My Remaining Credits?
You can check your credit balance anytime from the top-right corner of your Kalent dashboard.
