When Is a Credit Used?
A credit is deducted only in the following cases:
When you shortlist a profile, it is marked as a favorite. You can then choose to enrich the phone number (1 credit) or the email address (1 credit).
If you select multiple candidates, you can choose to enrich the list with either phone numbers, email addresses, or both.
Credits will only be deducted if a valid phone number or email address is found.
Where Can I Check My Remaining Credits?
You can check your credit balance anytime from the top-right corner of your Kalent dashboard.
