Can I Filter Candidates Who Are "Open to Work" in Kalent?

At the moment, it's not possible to filter or sort profiles by "Open to Work" status directly from the search options.

Candidates who have marked themselves as "Open to Work" can be identified by a green banner displayed on their profile card in the search results.

Keep an eye out for that green banner — it's a quick way to identify talents who are more likely to be open to new opportunities!
